Welcome to Gamhope.org: a website that offers help and hope to gamblers concerned about their own gambling, and the people who are affected by the gambling of someone close to them.

Gamhope.org was created to help you make informed choices about how to successfully cope with problem gambling.

In addition to essential facts about problem gambling, you will find information about self-help groups such as Gamblers Anonymous and about professional treatment programs near you. There is a workbook called “Put Choice in Your Life” to help you evaluate your own gambling and your options for change.

You’ll be able to link with web-sites of non-profit organizations for gamblers and the people who care about them.

This site is funded by the State of Connecticut and is a joint project of the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and the Institute for Problem Gambling.
